Taste is a fair, free samples path, a place of pure gastronomic-cultural debate: an observatory developments contemporary taste able to recognize what is changing in the global society. THE TRAIL
In a setting of high-impact theatrical, TASTE draws a journey of discovery of old and new deposits gastronomic and welfare, divided into four stations:
- TASTE TOUR : ' reserved area for exhibition and tasting the products of companies, including sampling and direct information on the characteristics of individual specialties;
- TASTE TOOLS : an area devoted to objects and equipment related to the world cooking food and knowledge among food and kitchen design;
- TASTE SHOP : a shop where you can buy everything that was seen and tasted during the journey;
- TASTE RING : in the three day event of a rich programme of events organised by the "Gastronauta" with the major players names of the food and wine sector. For food ideas around taste and food quality. HOURS
